Rebecca Arnold serves as Vice President of Asset Management at BMC Investments. She is responsible for overseeing the execution of business plans across BMC’s portfolio of Class A mixed-use, office, retail, and multifamily assets.

With nearly 15 years of experience in asset management, investments, finance, and development, Rebecca has worked across a variety of asset classes—including mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and marinas—representing a combined value of more than $2 billion. 

Prior to joining BMC, Rebecca led asset management and acquisition efforts for mixed-use, office, retail, industrial, and multifamily land developments at ScanlanKemperBard. Her background also includes placing debt and equity for multifamily, office, retail, and hospitality assets with Northmarq Capital and Imperial Ridge Real Estate Capital, as well as multifamily development experience with Related California. She began her career in real estate acquisitions with Suntex Marinas. Rebecca holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Spanish from Duke University.
