Michael Robertson is a Partner at BMC Investments and serves as the firm’s Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. In this role, he leads and oversees all litigation, risk management, and regulatory compliance efforts across the company, ensuring robust governance and legal integrity throughout BMC’s operations.

Prior to joining BMC, Michael was a partner at an Am Law 200 firm and previously practiced at a leading litigation boutique in Denver. In private practice, he served as trial counsel in complex matters nationwide for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to professional sports organizations, including the Denver Broncos Football Club. He also acted as corporate counsel to Colorado-based real estate developers and private equity firms, advising on transactional and risk-related matters.

Michael holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
