Kristen Link is Vice President of Development at BMC, bringing more than 20 years of experience spanning the full life cycle of real estate development—from acquisition through stabilization. She has led teams through the successful development of numerous projects across multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use asset classes.  Prior to joining BMC, Kristen held leadership roles at Carmel Partners, Forum Investment Group, and Tarragon, where she oversaw acquisitions, design, entitlements, and execution in both the Seattle and Denver markets. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Washington.
