Kevin Jewett serves as Managing Director, Head of Asset Management for BMC, where he leads the firm's asset management function and oversees the performance and execution of business plans across BMC's real estate portfolio.

Prior to joining BMC, Kevin spent 11 years with Grand Peaks, including three years as Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw firm-wide and investment-level operations, including portfolio management, asset management, accounting and risk management. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management, having established and scaled the firm's asset management platform to support acquisitions, investor relations, operational performance and portfolio reporting across a multifamily portfolio of more than 11,000 units and $3.0 billion in investments across eight states.

Earlier in his career, Kevin worked in transaction management with Newmark (formerly Apartment Realty Advisors). He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado and holds a B.A. in History from the University of Oregon and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University.
