James McDermond serves as Accounting Manager for BMC. Mr. McDermond is responsible for accounting and reporting for numerous multifamily projects. He holds degrees In Accounting and Business from Western State University. James joined the company in 2022 and brings over three years experience in accounting.

Prior to BMC, he worked as a portfolio accountant for one of the largest third party property management companies in Denver.
