Amber Hughes is the Development Manager at BMC Investments. In this role, she will oversee project execution and development strategies across the firm’s growing portfolio.  Amber brings institutional-caliber expertise in real estate investing and portfolio management with hands-on experience spanning multifamily, build-to-rent and data center development.

Prior to joining BMC, Amber worked at RFA (RCLCO Fund Advisors), where she developed extensive experience in institutional real estate, investing and portfolio management. Her work included the full real estate asset lifecycle, including site evaluation, development execution, asset and portfolio management, and disposition strategy.

Amber holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Master of Business Administration with concentrations in real estate, finance and sustainability from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
