St. Paul Collection
Filling a substantial tract along a coveted Cherry Creek block, St. Paul Collection is a residential and retail mixed-use redevelopment designed to transform a long-neglected end of this Colorado destination shopping district into a micro-haven of sophisticated urban living. BMC Investments has secured 88,750 of existing office and retail space for the project: 210 St. Paul includes 25,000 square feet located at the northeast corner of St. Paul and 2nd Avenue; and 3000 E. Third Avenue brings another 63,750 square feet commonly known as Cherry Creek Square, as well as the adjacent 34,400 square foot surface parking lot to the project. The development plan will creatively connect two contemporary amenity-rich apartment experiences with inspiring retail, restaurants + bars, and urbane service offerings within a walkable lifestyle center spanning both sides of St. Paul St. in Cherry Creek North.
Aligned perfectly with its cosmopolitan neighborhood, and offering flexible and divisible retail space, extensive onsite parking and unrivalled branding potential, this harmoniously-concepted community will define a new standard for the neighborhood, and for Denver itself, while answering the pent-up demand for housing in the area. 4240 Architecture is designing the exteriors and StyleWorks is designing the interiors. Saunders Construction will be the General Contractor for the project, with Korn Design responsible for the brand development and integration. St. Paul Collection is scheduled to debut fall of 2017.
